Block Use blocking to help stop unwanted contact. Report the account separately when you want to flag a possible rule violation.
Escalate For serious safety concerns, report in app and email [email protected] with context that is safe to share.

1. Product safety tools

  • Report: flag conduct, profiles, or content that may violate our rules.
  • Block: stop unwanted contact from another user and reduce future exposure.
  • Skip or leave: exit a live interaction when it becomes uncomfortable, unsafe, or unwanted.
  • Account settings: review profile, security, policy, contact, and deletion options.
  • Support: contact Gaga for account, privacy, safety, law enforcement, or legal requests.

2. Safety standards

Gaga is a social communication tool for adults aged 18 and over. Use in-app report and block controls when you encounter harmful behavior. Pornography, sexual acts, solicitation of sexual services or paid sexual content, exploitation, and non-consensual content are prohibited across profiles, video, audio, and messages. Read the Community Guidelines for the full rules. The 18+ requirement does not mean that every user’s age or identity has been verified.

Urgent risksSuspected minors, sexual exploitation, credible threats, terrorism, severe violence, self-harm encouragement, or immediate physical danger.
Other rule violationsHarassment, bullying, impersonation, scams, illegal goods, drug abuse, profile deception, and repeated unwanted contact.
Account integrityFake accounts, evasion, coordinated abuse, automated access, payment abuse, and security compromise.

3. Moderation and review

To report an issue, open the available report control in Gaga, choose the closest reason, and provide relevant context when the interface allows it. You can also contact [email protected] with the account identifier, approximate time, and a description. Do not forward illegal sexual material or unnecessary private media. The review and response depend on the evidence available; a report does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.

4. Immediate danger

Gaga support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then report the account in Gaga and send relevant details to [email protected].

5. Privacy and personal information

Do not share passwords, financial details, government IDs, addresses, or private media with people you do not trust. Do not pressure others for private information. Report phishing, scams, impersonation, or blackmail attempts.

6. Appeals and follow-up

If your account was restricted and you believe we made a mistake, contact [email protected] with your account identifier and a clear explanation. We may not disclose all safety signals or reporter details, especially where doing so would expose another user, compromise detection systems, or create legal or safety risk.

账号完整性虚假账号、规避处理、协同滥用、自动化访问、支付滥用和账号安全风险。

3. 审核与处理

举报问题时，请打开 Gaga 中可用的举报入口，选择最接近的原因，并在界面允许时补充背景。您也可以向 [email protected] 提供账号标识、大致时间和问题描述。请勿转发违法性内容或不必要的私人媒体。审核及回应取决于可用证据；提交举报不保证特定结果或响应时间。

2. 审核可用信息可能依据服务条款和社区规范进行评估。
3. 跟进联系客服补充背景，或对账号处理措施提出申诉。

4. 即时危险

Gaga 支持不是紧急救援服务。如果您或他人处于即时危险，请先联系当地紧急服务。随后在 Gaga 内举报该账号，并将相关细节发送至 [email protected]。

5. 隐私与个人信息

不要向不信任的人分享密码、财务信息、政府证件、住址或私人媒体。不得向他人施压索要私人信息。请举报钓鱼、诈骗、冒充或勒索行为。

6. 申诉与跟进

如果您的账号受到限制且您认为处理有误，请向 [email protected] 发送账号标识和清晰说明。我们可能不会披露所有安全信号或举报人详情，特别是在披露会暴露其他用户、影响检测系统，或造成法律/安全风险时。
