Report Use in-app reporting for harmful behavior, suspected minors, exploitation, violence, harassment, scams, and profile abuse.
Block Stop unwanted contact immediately. Blocking is available even when you do not want to file a detailed report.
Escalate For serious safety concerns, report in app and email [email protected] with context that is safe to share.

1. Product safety tools

  • Report: flag conduct, profiles, or content that may violate our rules.
  • Block: stop unwanted contact from another user and reduce future exposure.
  • Skip or leave: exit a live interaction when it becomes uncomfortable, unsafe, or unwanted.
  • Account settings: review profile, security, policy, contact, and deletion options.
  • Support: contact Gaga for account, privacy, safety, law enforcement, or legal requests.

2. Safety standards

Gaga is an adult-only live social product. Our safety program is built around clear rules, in-app reporting and blocking, review of objectionable content and behavior, published contact routes, and enforcement for users who create safety risk. The Community Guidelines define prohibited content and behavior in more detail.

Highest prioritySuspected minors, sexual exploitation, credible threats, terrorism, severe violence, self-harm encouragement, or immediate physical danger.
Policy priorityHarassment, bullying, impersonation, scams, illegal goods, drug abuse, profile deception, and repeated unwanted contact.
Account integrityFake accounts, evasion, coordinated abuse, automated access, payment abuse when commercial features launch, and security compromise.

3. Moderation and review

Reports may be reviewed using human review, automated signals, or both. Severe categories such as underage use, sexual exploitation, credible threats, violence, terrorism, and illegal activity are prioritized. Depending on the report and available evidence, we may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, request more information, or take no action if the issue cannot be verified.

1. ReceiveReport category, account signals, and submitted context are recorded for review.
2. ReviewSafety signals and available content are assessed against the Terms and Community Guidelines.
3. ActActions may include warning, restriction, suspension, ban, evidence preservation, or escalation.

4. Immediate danger

Gaga support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then report the account in Gaga and send relevant details to [email protected].

5. Privacy and personal information

Do not share passwords, financial details, government IDs, addresses, or private media with people you do not trust. Do not pressure others for private information. Report phishing, scams, impersonation, or blackmail attempts.

6. Appeals and follow-up

If your account was restricted and you believe we made a mistake, contact [email protected] with your account identifier and a clear explanation. We may not disclose all safety signals or reporter details, especially where doing so would expose another user, compromise detection systems, or create legal or safety risk.

2. 安全标准

Gaga 是面向成年人的实时社交产品。我们的安全机制基于清晰规则、App 内举报和拉黑、对违规内容与行为的审核、公开联系渠道，以及对造成安全风险的用户采取处理措施。社区规范会更详细说明禁止的内容和行为。

最高优先级疑似未成年人、性剥削、可信威胁、恐怖主义、严重暴力、鼓励自伤或即时人身危险。
政策优先级骚扰、欺凌、冒充、诈骗、非法物品、药物滥用、资料欺骗和反复不受欢迎的联系。
账号完整性虚假账号、规避处理、协同滥用、自动化访问、商业化功能上线后的支付滥用和账号安全风险。

3. 审核与处理

举报可能通过人工审核、自动化信号或两者结合进行处理。我们会优先处理未成年人使用、性剥削、可信威胁、暴力、恐怖主义和违法活动等严重类别。根据举报和可用证据，我们可能删除内容、限制账号、保留证据、要求更多信息，或在无法核实问题时不采取措施。

1. 接收记录举报类别、账号信号和用户提交的背景信息。
2. 审核根据服务条款和社区规范评估安全信号与可用内容。
3. 处理措施可能包括警告、限制、暂停、封禁、证据保存或升级处理。

4. 即时危险

Gaga 支持不是紧急救援服务。如果您或他人处于即时危险，请先联系当地紧急服务。随后在 Gaga 内举报该账号，并将相关细节发送至 [email protected]。

5. 隐私与个人信息

不要向不信任的人分享密码、财务信息、政府证件、住址或私人媒体。不得向他人施压索要私人信息。请举报钓鱼、诈骗、冒充或勒索行为。

6. 申诉与跟进

如果您的账号受到限制且您认为处理有误，请向 [email protected] 发送账号标识和清晰说明。我们可能不会披露所有安全信号或举报人详情，特别是在披露会暴露其他用户、影响检测系统，或造成法律/安全风险时。
